Shape The Future of Energy, Together.

Through our OPV business, we are transforming windows and buildings into power-generating infrastructure. Because this is a field where no established answers exist, we seek individuals who think independently, act decisively, and commit to continuous learning.

We value the determination to see challenges through.

Those who confront complex problems with persistence and carry solutions to completion will thrive here.

Flexibility and creativity are essential.
In the evolving world of OPV, progress comes from those who experiment, test, learn, and develop optimal solutions through disciplined innovation.

Initiative matters.

In a fast-moving environment, value is not created by waiting for direction. We look for people who set clear goals and move forward with ownership and accountability.

Curiosity and cross-disciplinary learning are equally important.

Chemistry, electricity, and physics intersect in intricate ways. Those who reach beyond their expertise and continue expanding their knowledge will excel.
